“This was the third wig I've bought from Simply Wigs. When the latest one arrived I realised it was too blonde for me and it was exchanged with no quibbles or queries. Fantastic service. What was particularly welcome was that Simply Wigs must have had the colour I wanted in stock as it came within a few days of them receiving my returned wig.”

“Oh my goodness ..what a surprise I couldn't believe how beautifully wrapped it was in purple tissue and a chocolate box .it made me feel so special as a.lady who has alopecia . “Love shopping at Simply Wigs. Really lovely, friendly and helpful staff making the whole wig purchase experience a pleasant one. I recently made the flawed mistake of ordering a wig from elsewhere and the battle I had to get a refund was appalling, if not illegal. ANYWAY, There is never a problem with this company. They have a good range of wigs to choose from and you can order several so that you can make an informed choice, then send the others back. If you are buying due to hair loss, it can be very stressful, especially at the start, to buy the right thing, so this freedom is invaluable. Lovely helpful staff so if you have questions , they are more than happy to help. All my purchases have been a pleasant experience.”

“I have purchased two wigs now and both arrived promptly even during Coxid restrictions. As I wear a wig always I was delighted that they were really lovely and my friends were all very impressed.
