“Excellent service and very kind staff. It took a long time for my wig to arrive at the warehouse but all along the staff emailed me and checked I was still happy to wait. Once it had arrived they dispatched it to me very quickly”

“I ordered two wig caps primarily to wear under woolly hats to stop my chemo head itching. They arrived quickly were nicely packaged and although maybe a little expensive compared to other sites are very well made and comfortable to wear. Would definitely order from Simply Wigs again.”

“Only ordered wig conditioning spray but it arrived promptly and does the job. Only negative is that the cap on the spray bottle doesn’t fit properly so keeps coming off. Have had this problem in the past but thought it would have been re designed by now. Would not stop me buying it though as it’s a very good spray”

“I recently bought two Ellen Will wigs - Cat wig, light Bernstein rooted, and I’m so happy with them, they look gorgeous! The girls on customer service are so friendly and happy to help. I ordered some products to look after my wigs, one of the products was obviously ordered in error (my mistake) and one of the girls phoned me and changed my order for me, nothing was too much trouble - I will certainly be buying from Simply wigs again, they are amazing!”
