“I was very happy with the service. The wig itself was beautiful and good quality, but unfortunately it didn’t suit me. So I returned it using the returns label provided in the box. Shortly afterwards I got my refund. It couldn’t have been simpler. Thank you.”

“I’ve been ordering from simply wigs for many years as she is 86 years and had alopica for over 30 years the ordering is so easy and if mum wants to try a different style the return is so simple to do if it’s not suitable thank you simply wigs”

“I have several wigs ordered from Simply wigs. Each and every one is beautiful but…..my last wig had a fault. I phone and explained and it was dealt with immediately. I’m now waiting for replacement. Very good service”

“Really pleased I found this site. Simply Wigs was also recommended to me by health professionals, though they were too late - I found it myself first! Superb customer service. Replies in a timely manner to questions asked. Found a suitable very natural looking wig, although synthetic it looks totally natural, both in style and colour. Very pleased, I will certainly be returning to this site for my wigs and wig related needs. Cannot recommend highly enough. Forget the rest - Simply Wigs is just the best out there.”
