“The best Uk based supplier I have found for years. The staff are simply brilliant. The products can be returned at your own cost as long as they are unused which is always helpful as it can be difficult to choose the right colour. I had good guidance about colours from Laura which helped me greatly. Thank you Simply Wigs.”

“I am a customer for around 6 years now at Simply Wigs and have bought multiple remy long hair wigs of different brands. I think anyone can agree that these are expensive products that should be considered very carefully. Especially buying from a picture. I love the web page were you can see a 360 view which has always been accurate. The quality Simply Wigs delivers is very good. I never have any doubts about what I buy and when I have a question the service is personal and outstanding. I buy overseas and am not able to visit the shop. Since Brexit I have to pay import duties. That's too bad but it doesn't stop me. I always get a notice in advance about this and if I still wish to proceed with buying. Also they ask if you are sure about your style and colour before the sale is final. For me this shows respect for me as a customer. I have no complaints of any kind about the quality of the products or the service provided. Shipping overseas is fast, if the product is in store, and even if it wasn't in store, I never had to wait very long. I still have the wigs I have bought 6 years ago. They're still in well enough condition to wear outside and around family. I must admit I have bought new ones when I did not really have to. My latest purchase was a month ago. I am a big fan of Gisela Mayer. This review is a little longer as usual but considering the products it is worth writing and reading. My biggest thanks to the team of Simply Wigs.”

“Such professional & kind support from first email to delivery of wigs. Price of wigs seems to be cheaper than other wig Internet based providers. I have worn wigs, due to totalis alopecia for 40 years & what a wonderful touch, when I opened box & each box was wrapped is tissue paper & a little chocolate was inside the delivery box too. Good tip too...if you send pictures to them wearing the wigs you have bought, you receive a 15% discount on next purchase. Totally recommend.”

“The customer service and advice is amazing. I had my first piece sent to me , the quality and fit was lovely. It the colour was too warm. The customer service advised me on the best option and I am waiting for an exchange (end of Feb). The return process was really easy and I was notified once they had the item back. I am very impressed so far.”
