“We ordered a Peony wig from SIMPLY wigS to replace a PEONY that my wife had been happy with, however, we found that as these items are handmade they are not all identical, but SIMPLwere very helpful and took a lot of trouble in sourcing one that was a close match to her original one. “I love Simply Wigs usually but, sadly, I have been hugely disappointed with the lack of availability lately of several wigs and colour ways! I do hope the situation improves soon! I cannot comment on deliveries as about 4/5 of my orders have been cancelled before they have arrived!”

“This is the sixth time I have purchased a hair piece from Simply Wigs and I Simply wouldn’t buy anywhere else. I still have all six pieces and wear them on a regular basis. The site is brilliant showing the product and colour in great detail therefore no mistakes happen. I have never had to return anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simply Wigs. “I have purchased from simply wigs for a number of years now and I have always had excellent help, advice, choice and good customer service. I just wish they had a hairdresser that specialises in trimming/ cutting wigs maybe comes in once a week or that they can recommend as I find it difficult to go to normal hairdressers. Excellent company!!!”

“Overall I’m happy with the customer service but not been completely happy with the wigs that I’ve purchased. I’ve had maybe 5 of the Ivy wig over the last 7 years or so, first 4 wigs were perfect but the last few I’ve ordered aren’t the same…they’re coming up smaller in size, not as long at the sides and fringe is not the same. I’ve been quite disappointed when the first few were exactly like my own hair was.”
