“Recently made my first purchase from Simply Wigs. As I don't live nearby I had to have a consultation over the phone and by email. Staff were excellent, taking time to answer my questions (of which there were many). I was kept informed of the status of my order, and when one item wouldn't be able to be delivered for the original date, I was refunded immediately. So, great customer service, patient staff and a pleasant experience all round. Freya (Glasgow) July 21.”

“I really like this website and found the customer service to be really goid. The packaging and quality of the three items I have had has been goid. My only disappointment is tgat I needed itemscquite quickly as list my hair over night and I am still waiting due to an unfortunate supply issue, but all other items have come quickly, so overall I’m pleased.”

“The wig arrived in good time and I appreciated the care and thought in the packaging and the chocolate! Thank you. I took it to my hairdresser and she styled it to my usual hair cuts which I liked. I have worn it a few times and have found it fairly comfortable for short periods. It has been admired by many.”
