The wig was gorgeous and excellent quality, sadly it was too big for mum but Simply Wigs were supportive and helpful and we were able to return the wig and receive a full refund with no fuss. “I have used Simply wigs many times now, I love how much choice they have and how helpful they are should you need any advice on any products. Whenever Ive had a query they have always responded to my emails so quickly. My orders always arrive so carefully and beautifully packaged, I'm always kept up to date beforehand with my order, which is good, because I have used another company in the past (purely because what I wanted wasn't stocked by simply wigs) and let's say the whole experience was just disappointing, I constantly had to chase my order, no communication whatsoever.
