“Love simply wigs,compared to my previous supplier a couple of years ago,Simply wigs are super efficient in delivery ,always at the end of a phone or online & of course at the shop,I hope to visit in the future as I more than likely would get 100% satisfaction with fit & cut,Its just the distance for me to Travel,”

“I have been buying wigs from Simply Wigs for some years now after bad experiences buying supposedly good deals on-line, only to find customs duty to pay, long waits for delivery and returns - well all I can say is it was a nightmare! In contrast it has been so easy buying from Simply Wigs, you can always pick up the phone and speak to someone (the people on the end of the phone are great too!) the delivery is quick, and if you want to try a few styles or colours it's easy to return the ones you don't want. I don't even look anywhere else now, I go straight to Simply Wigs and intend to keep doing so! Thank you from a grateful customer.”

“I have alopecia and have been buying my wigs from Simply Wigs for many years now. They are absolutely marvellous. The choice of wigs is amazing and the service is brilliant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I love that there are customer reviews and photos of customers wearing their wigs - it's really helpful when choosing a style/colour. If the wig isn't suitable they are happy to change it or refund. I wouldn't dream of buying my wigs anywhere else!”

“I cannot recommend Simply Wigs. I have been buying my wigs from them for a number of years and they are beyond brilliant. I have bought online and by appointment. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been nothing other than helpful, knowledgeable, professional and so kind - not to mention incredibly patient!! My latest purchase involved constant emails back and forth on colours, styles, stock availability and I was made to feel important at every stage. Do not hesitate to use them!”

“From start to finish every aspect of this company has been effortless to deal with. I rang with several questions as a first time buyer and felt comfortable and reassured by the responses and how they were delivered. I had struggled for some time to come to terms with a form of alopecia and felt anxious about first contact. There was no need for me to have felt this way at all. I ordered 3 pieces in 2 colours which arrived promptly and discretely packaged. The first one was the one for me! The returns process was as simple as the ordering and my refund was processed within 48 hours. I cannot recommend this company enough and I will certainly use them again. My confidence has soared, I feel like a new woman. Thank you.”
