“I buy mainly their hats as I live with alopecia. Having bought both wigs and hats over the years from Simply Wigs they are always my first stop. They never disappoint. I have never had any bad service from them. Items always arrive on time, every time. Quality is first class. When I have emailed them, enquiring about possible products they are quick to answer. “Another fantastic hair piece from Simply Wigs…Colour match brilliant! …. These pieces are so handy when you just don’t have the time to style your own hair, or you are just having a bad hair day….Let’s face it we all have those…Just tie your hair back and pop them on an that’s it….A must for holidays, I wouldn’t be without mine….Great service, prompt delivery and love the chocolate 🍫 gift too.”

“Very pleasant customer service, they really put you at ease. The free returns that they advertise does not seem to apply to me any more, probably because I struggled so much at the beginning of my hair loss to find a wig that I felt confident in. As I live too far away to visit their shop I have to rely on internet purchases and it can be really hard to make the right choice. Having to pay a percentage of the price if I return a wig makes me nervous to try the expensive ones!”

“I bought a bamboo wig cap and it is much more comfortable than the nylon one provided with the wig. I need to order another, in order to have one to wear while the first is drying. I have a small head, and it fits perfectly. I'm not sure whether bigger sizes are available if needed... I would definitely recommend....”

“I needed a wig due to chemo and there was nothing near where I live so I traveled over the border to Yorkshire. The choice online was fantastic and the service amazing. No pressure to buy, staff on telephone, emails etc informative I can't rate them too highly”
