“Waiting for hair toppers to arrive soon but so far the service I have received has been excellent. The world of toppers is all new to me and Laura at Simply Wigs gave me lots of time on the phone to talk and answer questions in addition to answering my emails. This is a sensitive issue for me as I’m new to hair loss and I have appreciated the care and time given to me to help me with my decision about my purchases. Update to come when they arrive!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. There was no problem when I needed to send a wig I bought online back, customer service is excellent. I love the wig bank service. I couldn’t afford a real hair wig and was reluctant to buy a new synthetic one, so being able to use a second hand wig made me very happy - no extra burden on the environment and support a cancer hospice at the same time! The actual service was brilliant too, I gave details of the kind of wig I wanted and what I received was perfect.”

“I bought a Raquel Welch wig for my sister and she was delighted. I thought it was a great service, very responsive with answers to questions, very efficient and delivery was quick and within the timeframe given on my order. “My wife requested the Attract wig because she wanted to try a hairpiece that was a little shorter. Again, she was immensely impressed. It took a while longer to receive this wig (they were out of stock when we asked for it) but the wait was worth it. First class wig.”

“I have been wearing wigs for just over 20 years which were purchased from a salon in Glasow, however, due to the Pandemic and not wanting to travel on public transport, I thought I would try buying a new one from Simply Wigs. I chose one that I have previously worn a while ago, as I knew that it was of good quality. I knew from the detailed description that I would need to trim the fringe, but that did not deter me. When it arrived, I tried it on and the fringe came down to the bottom end of my nose. I was like an old English Sheep Dog. I carefully trimmed the fringe to suit me with hairdressing scissors and I have been wearing it out and about and at home ever since. I am really glad that I decided to buy online from Simply Wigs. It was much easier than having to travel into Glasgow. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the little box with the chocolate inside - It was Fabulous -, Thank you. That was a lovely touch.”

“A huge selection to choose from. The quality is very good. I have bought 3 different wigs and have been happy with them all. Delivery was very prompt and communication was very good when there was a delay. Will definitely be ordering again... And the chocolate is a lovely touch. 🙂”
