“I have mixed feelings. At times they've proved to be very efficient, polite and helpful but I had a terrible experience with their hairdresser Jodie. She developed into being rude and hostile towards me. I find having lost my hair a very traumatic condition so to be treated as a 'nuisance beneath her' another hammer on my self esteem. It put me off for quite a while so now, I still buy from them but I am wary.”
