“The wig was nice but I did return as I did not like the finish at the crown I contacted them and the service was exceptional and after speaking with them I was advised I needed a monofilament wig. Return process was easy and the money was returned to my account very quickly. My search is still on 😟”

“Customer service is nonpareil ... well Except for their wigs! My lovely wardrobe of wigs now counts about 8 and I have to say the associates at SW are all knowledgeable and most helpful. I do a lot of shopping on several websites - have even bought a wig when in the US - but Simply's offering is enhanced by the information offered on each wig manufacturer, including the 360 degree view. Also their large colour swatches are most helpful. I have used the price matching service but generally find their prices are competitive so it is usually easier to buy with them. I am kept apprised of delivery and the items have come well-packed and discrete. Returns were fuss-free and refunds prompt. Happy bunny here! Thanks”
