“Delivery was very slow. Product ordered was a bamboo wig cap described as small but was anything but small and doesn’t stay in place just slips off. Complete waste of money!”

“Awaiting delivery of wig. Site easy to navigate with some lovely designs. I am going through chemotherapy currently but wish to remain positive and feel feminine throughout…….can’t wait to try it on and face the world with a fabulous wig and game face on! “Unfortunately, the hairpiece I ordered was not suitable as it was the wrong shade of brown and looked artificial. However, after a few problems, Becca, the Customer Service Manager, who was extremely helpful and pleasant, arranged a refund for me.”
