“The team were fantastic, providing a friendly and professional service, the wigs I had initially picked to try on were just not right , however expert advice from Laura resulted in the perfect wig being found , with that extra bespoke styling completed by Sue a fantastic experience that will see a return when I require a new wig”

“Purchased some Ellen Wille shampoo and conditioner for my Ellen Wille wig. The price was very competitive, I didn't need them quickly so went for the cheapest postage undestanding that it could take 2 weeks delivery, pleasantly surprised to receive them within a week. Packaging was very adequate with a little chocolate treat included. Thank you will be back.”

The delivery is prompt and the wig is beautifully packaged which actually makes a big difference, as after all, certainly to me, it is more than just a wig, it is a life changing product. To be able to try a wig on at home is a huge plus. On a couple of occasions I have had to return a wig which has been unsuitable. The returns process is easy and refunds prompt. My recent purchase is the best ever, I LOVE it! Simply Wigs also supply a huge array of headwear which I have a lot of too, especially for wearing in the rain and wind. They also stock products that will enhance the longevity of your wig and help with styling it. If you are eligible like me for VAT exemption, this is available too. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the service they provide.”

“Simply Wigs are simply the best. Efficient and friendly communications at all times. Great products. Returns process is super easy - and the fact that you can return a wig is invaluable! How can you possibly know if a style/colour will suit until you try it on? Other wig suppliers should take note. All in all my go too for wigs and related accessories. 👌”

“I have recently received my Ocean mono part wig by Ellen Wille, this is a second purchase of this wig as I have found the density of the fibres in this wig to be very flattering and natural. I also purchased 2 Luna V Turbans which I mainly use at night which again are very flattering. The service from Simply Wigs was excellent at every stage from order to delivery. THANK YOU ALL.”

“Purchasing from Simply Wigs was a delight from start to finish. For a start, I inquired about my purchase on the telephone, and it was so nice to be able to do so, I spoke to a very nice young lady who was extremely helpful, such a difference from talking to a robot, I do hope you never change that policy. “The natural hair eyebrows are fantastic! For someone who doesn’t have any hairs in that area at all, they’ve been a game changer. They look super natural and are easy to apply. I’ve just ordered my 2nd pair, to try a slightly lighter colour tone and can’t wait to see how these new ones fit.”
