“I am disappointed in Simple wigs. I had to return enhancer as wrong colour. They don't seem to have what you want in stock, they have taken my money though, I was hoping to be wearing it by now.”

“As with my first purchase with Simply Wigs, this second one was also excellent - very quick replies to emails, helpful and kind - many thanks, Laura! The wig I´ve just purchased is great - a different colour from the one I chose before (that was deliberate on my part) and looks really natural. I´m very pleased - this is getting a bit like buying hats/scarves - you always can see another that you like and want to try! Great confidence booster!”

“I emailed simply wigs after purchasing their eyebrow tattoos as I was dissapointed in the product , firstly the brown colour was far too dark and secondly the tattoo was shiny on the skin . I was expecting better quality from a wig company. Sadly I had no response from them. They do nit accept returns for this item , I can see why so they are now in the fancy dress box as didn't have the heart to throw away .”

“Laura was absolutely amazing helping me to choose a wig for my greying, blonde streaked brown at the back thinning on top head !!!! She sent dozens of different makes and found one that is just perfect. She always answered my queries by phone or email quickly and made me feel as if l was the only person trying to buy a wig. “My experience in dealing with Simply Wigs personnel after having explored your stock online was an absolute pleasure. I found them to be extremely efficient, courteous & charming and they explained what difficulties might still lie ahead after ordering & receiving any of the wigs that had caught my fancy. I realise that some of these difficulties - sizes & colour particularly - are standard problems due to ‘remote’ purchasing and also to ‘matters pandemic’ (shall we say?). I accepted and I understood them to be almost unavoidable at times. Not yet got the two wigs I’d hoped for. My first purchases were returned & quickly refunded thank you! I will certainly contact Simply Wigs once again in the near future.”

“The Alba Comfort wig from Ellen Wille is my fourth wig from Simply Wigs. I have been more than pleased with all of them, but this one is definitely my favourite. Not only is it very much ‘me’ (that is a very personal opinion, of course), but it is wonderfully light. I really forget I am wearing it. Simply Wigs is a very easy to use website. Customer service is excellent and opening the parcels is a real treat. As is the little choccie. Thank you, Simply Wigs.”

“The customer service is excellent, very helpful. Products have been great and I love the little chocolate that gets send out with each parcel. I don’t think the way some of the product models wear the wig really does the product justice though. It often looks far better, so maybe a short video by simply wigs on how it looks in real life would be beneficial.”
