“I am so impressed with the service I get from Simply Wigs. I took delivery of a new wig but unfortunately it was just not suitable for me. The fringe was far too long on my small forehead. I rang Simply Wigs and they gave me a returns number to use. We then had a long discussion about which wigs might be more suitable. Such a kind and positive member of staff. She then sent an email with the links to several wigs for me to look at. When I have made a decision I will ring to check availability. I have now received an email to let me know that my wig has been safely returned. The customer service is second to none. I so wish that I lived closer to Huddersfield instead of at the other end of the country so that I could visit Simply Wigs and meet all these lovely people.”

“I arrived at the Simply Wigs site distressed and unhappy. Im not confident enough to be happy in my baldness, and I am very very small. I browsed the wigs then contacted the Customer Service team at Simply Wigs. Emmajay got back to me really quickly, led me through the process of measuring round my head, then confirmed a petite wig would be best. I told her the sort of shorter pixie image I wanted - she came up with a great selection. The next day I wondered about a bob instead. No problem and immediately showed me several petite in that style. In the end I went with the pixie look. I placed my order (following the guidance and HMRC form on the site to reduce the price by the VAT element). The order communication was great, the wig was supplied in a much faster than quoted time. It was presented so prettily, like a treat, and in it (in a tiny matching box) was a lovely gift chocolate. The wig looked better on than I could have hoped for; made me feel so much happier and gave my spirits a real lift. Not just a wig, but a happiness boost too.”

“A lovely company to deal with. Good communication and very efficient with a helpful Customer Services Team. One of the turbans I ordered was out of stock until October and I opted to cancel and have a refund which was done very quickly. The two turbans I received are well made, attractive and wash well and arrived nicely and not excessively packaged. Thank you for a good online shopping experience.”

“Having recently lost all my hair the last 18 months to Alopecia, my mum found simply wigs and we thought we’d give them ago. My first wig was the Obsession Ellen Willie Pure Power and it was absolutely amazing. I had a query about the lace front and the customer services team replied quickly to my email, advised they weren’t happy with the quality of the lace front and had no issues in exchanging the wig. When the second wig arrived it was even better than the first! The hair quality and feel is perfect for me, and my first experience with Simply Wigs was really great. Recently i purchased two more wigs and I’m delighted again, these are the Ellen Willie Illusion Prime Power and are going to be perfect for summer and going abroad. I would definitely recommend Simply Wigs and will continue to buy my hair from you. The customer service is the best I’ve ever received when buying wigs and they truly make it an enjoyable process.
