“I ordered two hairpieces. When they arrived one was a completely different colour to the one I had ordered, which was correct on the invoice so I had not ordered the wrong colour by mistake, the other was an ideal colour for me but the claw clip was of such a cheap quality that it snapped the first time I tried to put it on. The people I spoke to to claim my refund were very pleasant and helpful but I won't be using this company again. I had such high hopes but was extremely disappointed.”

“Wigs are always good quality and arrive nicely packaged with a little treat inside. I personally had some difficulty finding the right wig with some recommendations not matching with the needs / wants I had outlined. However, it is clear the staff at Simplywigs are passionate about what they do and are always happy to chat / help / provide advice. A reputable, reliable company that I would recommend and continue to use.”

“A shame you cannot order by phone but have to use the website for such an expensive purchase. My wig appeared to have at least been taken out of the box and I suspect tried on by someone..But overall reasonable service.”
