“Prompt service from Simply Wigs prduct beautifully packaged and good quality. The item did not quite blend with my hair colour and was returned to the company. The staff person I spoke to was extremely pleasant and returns process easy. Kept informed by email and prompt refund made. Definitely recommend this company.”

“Ive been using this company for 5 years to purchase my wigs and accessories . Always good value . My lady wig. I had to return and exchange as I wasn’t entirely happy with the colour. It was effortless. No quibble and straight exchange.”

“I have purchased several wigs which have been extremely good. The wig I just purchased was also very good but I didn't feel comfortable in it. Simply Wigs have been really helpful issuing a refund number straight away. I received notification this morning to say they had received the wig back and a further email this afternoon stating a refund has been put through. I cannot thank the team enough for all their help in this matter and will definitely be purchasing from them again.”
