“I’m sorry to say that the quality of the wigs I have tried lately has declined in that they feel like horsehair. The styles too are quite different as is the color, from the pictures on your website. I apologize for being so negative because I had one of your wigs years ago and was extremely pleased with it. “As a first time customer of Simply Wigs this is a report of my experience of an unbiased perspective while buying from and living in France. I took some time to choose the style that I liked and would suit me, plus fit my budget. My hope was to discover a good and reliable outlet online to provide what I required. I contacted the site over a period of months before making my purchase. During those exchanges by phone and email, I felt a little more confident buying online and without trying anything on first. When it came to choosing the colour blend, I found it a little hard to find the colour I liked on a style that was similar. I did get some help from staff but spent time researching myself until I found what I needed. I did not want to be sending anything back if possible. Arrival and Unpacking. Of course, there was a sense of excitement! I was not disappointed in any way. Boxed and nicely wrapped with a little surprise too. Taking the lid off the box revealed that I had chosen the colour well, it couldn't have been better! All that was left was to try it on. Off to the bathroom, on with the cap and then the wig. Perfect fit. Out of the box, it's not at its best and from experience I knew it would look a bit better later after wearing it for a few hours. I have owned it for just over a week now and can say with confidence that it is comfortable, a style that is so easy to manage with a flick of the fingertips. It has attracted compliments too which clearly endorse my own feelings. I am very happy with my purchase and the wonderful and considerate service offered to me. The wig is in my opinion very good for the price in construction and the actual style and 'cut'. I would not hesitate to buy again and thank all those that made my purchase possible.”
