“I initially visited the Simply Wigs website and was amazed with the large selection of wigs and accessories available.Having selected the style I was unsure about the colour so contacted customer service for advice. I was really pleased and reassured that I could actually visit the shop to make my final selection. The whole experience was great, the shop maintained privacy for all customers and the range of wigs in store was fabulous. Having confirmed the style and selected the colour,I finally purchased 2 wigs one of which was posted direct to me and was recieved within a week. Absolutely first class service.”

“I couldn't get my white hair colour, so Laura suggested I send her a sample of hair and a picture. She sent me 2 examples to choose. I chose one and it is perfect in colour and hair shape. The previous hair topper I had chosen that was not suitable I sent back and Customer Service were very good in refunding the cost quickly. Also, found Laura very helpful. I am happy with my hair piece. Thank you.”

“I lost my hair as a very young woman, more than 50 years ago and have therefore had experience of many wig companies in several different countries. Simply Wigs outshines them all. They are knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and kind. What more can you want? I recently had a problem with a wig which had been wrongly described on their website. They immediately acknowledged the error, changed the information and offered me a refund. Totally reliable. Don’t even contemplate going elsewhere unless you have to!”

“Stunning wig (Gisela Mayer "Sun Easy"). Pretty, layered cut. Can be worn smoothed down or tousled. Great customer service, friendly advice if needed and competitive prices. Returns and refunds are available. Due to the thoughtful way of packaging the wigs, it makes returning goods hassle-free.”

“The Flip Mono wig from the Ellen Wille Hairpower: After enduring the embarrassment of ill-fitting hats to cover hair loss and treatment for skin cancer on the crown of my head, I decided to experiment with my first wig - at age 73! Wow! Who knew wigs could be so easy to wear - even straight out of the box? This style is really low maintenance and, friends tell me (although they would, wouldn’t they?) that it looks amazing and ‘real’. However, I choose to believe their admiration was genuine as they were all checking out the styles on Simply Wigs website while we were out for lunch last week. (I was also ‘expertly’ answering numerous queries about wig types and construction using my knowledge gleaned from the extensive information available on the same website.) Already planning to buy a second one of these, probably in the same Snow Mix shade. It has even given this old lady the confidence to ‘up my game’ on face make-up, rather than trying to hide in the background. Wish I’d known twenty years ago that wig making had become so sophisticated: If you’ve been procrastinating about trying a wig, go for it ladies!”

“Service was exceptional as was delivery, the topper colour was perfect,however, the part closest to the head was very thick with a matted appearance. It felt like a rug sitting on my head and spoiled the rest of the topper which looked very natural indeed.”
