“Normally get my wigs from another company but took advantage of SW sale to buy my usual wig from Simply Wigs. Their system of deducting VAT at time of purchase is much superior to other companies whose systems for claiming back VAT are very complex. I had a query and customer service answered immediately. Good service, quality product. Would use them again without hesitation.”

“Very pleased with the packaging the wig arrived in. However the wig itself had far too much hair. It looked fantastic and wavy online but in reality was actually very straght so this item has been returned. I have already chosen a replacement that is very curly and hopefully this will be better for me so will reorder when my refund has gone into my bank account.”

“I was very happy with the quality and the shape, however, the grip is very orange and shows the the dark brown hair I would have thought the grip would have been black or dark brown, so I am going to try disguise it with black indelible pen so it doesn’t show through the the hair.”
