“With the tremendous rise in the popularity of top pieces....the quest to find the right colour is still difficult. I think that companies have to accept that returns are guaranteed, as long as they are perfect for resale. Simply wigs used to deny sales to those who have returned more than one item. Having said that SW is the best site for viewing the products 360 degrees. The prices are also higher than others.”

“I bought the hair care set for real wigs. This was the best price I found online and postage was free. The package arrived before the given date and it was beautifully packaged. I felt like I was receiving a gift. The box it arrived in was plain with nothing on it so very discreet. Inside the box was a tiny gift box on top containing my favourite chocolate. The care set was packaged in purple tissue paper and inside that was a lovely net bag tied up with white ribbon. The instructions on the shampoo etc are clear and easy to understand I am delighted.”

“The false eyebrows are natural and easy to apply. The colour is good. I have lost my natural eyebrows and these are a great confidence booster. Much better than pencils. I wish they were a little broader is the only downside. And I have to remember not to rub my face as they do get damaged. I find they last 2 days max.”
