“Had difficulties communicating with simply wigs. I think the major problem was that they were quick to take payment before he product was actually in stock. They contacted me asking whether or not I still wanted to wait for the product to come into stock without giving me a credit for non delivery of the product. I did receive one item on my order which they held up waiting to see if I wanted the item which was out of stock. Was not happy with item that I received. Still have not received my credit for the out to stock item.”

“I made a design mistake on the first wig, so phoned up as I was to go away the following week and needed it replaced. The lady I spoke to was so helpful. They always are. I'm still away wearing my new wig. Great service.”

“The staff are very prompt & efficient. The wigs are often delivered the next day after order. However, I have noticed for nearly a year that the quality of the wigs have significantly declined and are overpriced for the quality.”

“Delighted with my “hat” just exactly what I wanted BUT you need to look at your packaging far too elaborate (very smart) but totally unnecessary in this day and age with all our problems with climate. Would cut down on your costs. Tissue paper totally enough.”
