“Helpful staff, prompt relies to questions. Also returns policy is gd, I have had to return hair pieces which weren't suitable for me, without any fuss from simply wigs”

“I was so anxious about getting a wig but I wanted to be prepared before I lost my own hair. I didn’t realise how many different types of wig there are. What is a lace front wig? Should I get real hair or synthetic? Is there one small enough for me? It was so confusing until I found Simply Wigs. I found the information on the website easy to understand and very helpful and they have a big range of petite sizes. I didn’t know which style would be best for me so I sent an email asking for advice and received a lovely encouraging, empathetic and helpful reply. My wig was delivered in a discrete plain box. Inside, the wig was beautifully wrapped in a box covered in tissue paper like a precious gift. There was also a posh chocolate in a little box too. Opening this lovely box made me feel special and my anxiety disappeared.”

“The order and delivery process worked well. The wigs were disappointing though. None of the soft edges to the wig shown on the sales page. They all had hard very unnatural edges, so unless you want to have the wig fibres over your face to cover the hard wig edge, they are only usable for joke parties. Real shame I was was so looking forward to something to cover my lockdown hair.”

“It is already a third time when I purchased wigs and wigs' care products from 'Simply Wigs' and definitely it won't be the last one. Shopping with them is a real pleasure. Firstly, their website is very easy to navigate, moreover it contains detailed presentation of wigs' features and provides clear description. Secondly, they have a very friendly and competent staff responding to emails and phone calls almost immediately. Thirdly, quality wigs that are packed very nicely with lots of thanks and even little sweet surprise inside the box. In addition, there was no hassle with a refund when I returned one of the wigs which did not suit me. When I purchased the another one instead, that was a great surprise of very quick delivery. In summary, I would highly recommend 'Simply Wigs' to anyone who wishes to shop without any stress.”

“The attention to detail is SUPERB. From the initial customer service through my enquiry, being kept updated with the despatch and delivery, right through to the beautiful and carefully wrapped item in tissue paper, ornately enclosed paper invoice - the old fashioned - good quality way and the tiny gifted chocolate in a box. I felt I really had to write a review to reflect all this care. It is so rare to experience such high quality in an online shop. Delighted.”

“hi, I have a problem with your shipment that has not yet been delivered to me. The package is in stock and they continue to postpone delivery due to brexit. It is not possible to wait that long for a delivery. I ask if possible the reimbursement of the expenses.”
