“Do not use this company . They are a third party factory run conveyancing company. I asked if the quote included all the costs and they said yes. I asked if they hold high caseloads they said no. They only hold small caseloads for quality. Both were a lie. They forwarded me to a solicitor company who added an extra £500 and denied knowledge of the pre-agreed costs. I emailed both companies and I was completely ignored. I tried to call and they refused to put me on to speak to the solicitor. Then they refused to give me a refund after 2 days whilst I was still querying the new quote. Do not waste your time or money. Its better to choose a company that is trust worthy and costs more.”

Hello Whitney, Thank you for your review. Each case handler has a case load of no more than 20 file each, we pride ourselves in not overbearing the case handlers as we are not a conveyancing factory. As you were purchasing a Leasehold property there were a few fees we could not quote you on as we did not have the management pack yet. once the management pack was received you were notified of the additional Leasehold fees set by the Freeholder. you managed to complete within 10 weeks. kindest regards Easy Choice

“Would highly recommend anyone to avoid this comapny like the plague, dreadful experience almost costing me the sale and purchase of properties, 5 months into the instruction i find out this company have instructed a solicitor who was not on my lenders panel despite being assured they were. Had to change solicitors after 5 months and was charged almost double the amount which was initially quoted. As for their complaints procedure..... nothing on the website about a complaints procedue and referred to some gmail address. Appalling service”

“They are not conveyancers, they just sell your quote onto another, cheaper and worse reviewed conveyancer, been emailing and calling for a week and no one is getting back to me to tell me what's going on or why they've sold my details on without even telling me. I paid my money to them and at no point did they tell me they were going to palm me off to someone else!”

“We've had an ongoing complaint with this company for 2 months and they've stopped replying to our emails and phone calls for a month now. They initially agreed to give us the file opening fee back and not our searches money. We received the file opening fee money back, then later they agreed to return searches money when raising a formal complaint but changed their minds on the file opening fee and deducted this from the searches money despite having already sent this money back to us! The complaint surrounds them ordering searches immediately upon receipt of money before you even sign a client care letter. At no point in their correspondence did they state they would do this and even told us they received our money hours before we even sent it to them. They have been ignoring our emails and phone calls for a month now and whilst they may deem to complaint to be closed we certainly do not.”
