I did not receive this order. I am always paying for next day delivery for it to never come on time. Never using this website again. Can someone please get in touch where my recent order it. Thank you

We’re sorry to hear about the delivery issue. Upon reviewing your order, we can see that standard shipping was selected and there was a delivery attempt on the 9th, but unfortunately, no one was home to receive the package. Hi Izzy, We've looked into this for you and can confirm that your order was shipped promptly on the 26th of March. Unfortunately, it appears the package was lost during transit by the courier. We also unfortunately didn't receive any correspondence from yourself until yesterday regarding this issue. I’ve used simply hair for the past 4 years and recently recommended them to a client. The last order I received were so thin and wispy we had to cut so much off we lost most of the length to the point I was unable to charge her! Despite numerous emails asking if there was a faulty batch to no reply and then eventually a complaint to which I was told I’d be better off ordering from somewhere else! The most patronising response… a shame as really liked the natural tapered look up to now. Save your money and shop elsewhere as you’ll have to buy more and pack so many in it’s a nightmare!

The quality of the hair is good, but the extensions don’t stay in! You normally use the metal tip extensions with no problem at all, but these just slide out! What am I doing wrong?

I didn’t receive what I order (Tape for hair extensions)…. Somehow, I received a dimmer switch!!!! So not only is it not what I ordered, it had absolutely nothing to do with hair! I’m so disappointed

Realy not happy !!! colours not true to colour ring it seems if they can't get the colour right they put toners on in dark ash !!!! The glue on tabs are hit and miss if they are sticky or not !!! Ordered. Twice now directly and through over person a lot of times So disappointed , hair colours always out of stock or always got dark ashy toners on them !! If they are going to darken shades they should make new colour rings reflecting the true colours !!!! The quality of hair is good if you can get it to match be prepared to have to change glue tabs!!!!!! Customers service is not existent with this company until they get bad reviews !!

Ive ordered 2/3 times prior and qulairy has been ok, the batch ive just received seems straw like reminiscent of cheap hair you can pick up from a local shop, its straw/stiff like. Im not liking it at all, im actually taking it out (ive wore extensions for a long while and im taking these out after 6 days) ive used hairkings before and that was silky smooth, I will now have to re-buy from hairkings

Ordered micro ring extensions and the micro ring beads but the beads were way to small for the extensions. I had to use normal sized beads but 16 out of 25 couldn’t even fit in standard sized beads. I have emailed but yet to have a response. Wouldn’t buy from here again

I have just purchased 4x sets of hair as the hair I purchased (also 4x sets) in May all fell out after 3 weeks. I have always loved your hair and recommended it. BUT the hair purchased in May was awful quality. Knotted and matted and fell out. Customer Services were not helpful at all
