“Quickest returns I’ve ever experienced. I ordered the wrong colour hair and by the 3rd day of returning I had my refund (a Sunday was one of those days). When I ordered myself the correct colour, the hair was amazingly soft. Nice and thick. Lots of length to it aswell! Colour range is incredible! Lots of beautiful mixes. I have only just put them in, but I’ve seen great things and excited to see how they last!”

“Never has the hair in stock that we need. Usually have to buy the longer length at higher cost just to cut it off. Also next day delivery doesn’t usually come next day, and when I’ve complained I’ve been told it’s not guaranteed. Sadly I think it’s time to look for a new extension supplier, which is a shame as the actual hair quality is good”

Unfortunately, due to production and shipment delays as a result of heavy COVID restrictions that were in place in certain countries, we were experiencing unforeseen delays in the shipment of stock. Our stock is currently recovering from the impact of this, and we are seeing a lot more of our products obtaining a higher stock availability.
