“Having spent hundreds of £ previously on ther products, unfortunately I found the Platinum bottle very weak. Especially considering its been months since my last use of CBD.... In the past ive used Black bottle which you can taste the strength, or at least it seems, and its worked brilliantly for my issues. Disappointed with this expensive "Platinum" alternative that hasnt done anything for me. Service and delivery spot on though...”

Based on your comments, we recommend returning to the Black 10% CBD Oil. If the Black oil worked well for you previously, it’s possible that the stronger Platinum 20% oil is too potent for your needs. If an oil is too potent and your body does not require a higher strength oil it may result in diminishing returns. This isn’t a reflection of the quality of our oil, but rather an indication that your body may not be suited to a stronger CBD oil. We generally suggest sticking to the strength that works best for you and avoiding increasing the dosage unnecessarily. In relation to taking CBD it is important to follow all the guidance which includes drinking a glass of water after every intake. CBD can take up to 8 weeks for the CBD to interact with the receptors within your body for you to gain the desired benefits. After checking we can see that you only purchased the CBD 4 weeks ago and would suggest giving the CBD more time. Your current time frame is not enough time to see many results. CBD should be treated similarly to other supplements and the benefits may take several weeks to months for the CBD to react with the body's receptors. “These 15mg patches were purchased for a relative she used them for about ten days but had to stop as she was getting headaches and feeling unwell and she hasn't used them since and feels a lot better.”

“I simply don't know if these patches are any help to my injured osteoarthritis knee. So at that price I've cancelled my subscription. I can't afford to be throwing money away. I've already spent far to much. £240, I could have had a relaxing massage and more.”

“Didn’t notice any effects from this candle, it certainly didn’t make me, or my dogs, able to relax/chill any better than an aromatherapy candle and the actual smell of it wasn’t even noticeable to be honest”

“I have been buying your CBD oil now for about 4 years and have always found it to be of high quality yet affordable and effective. However, the last order was seized by customs worth €88 because they said that there was an effort made to conceal the contents by writing on the package that there were cosmetics inside. I'm so disappointed and hoping to receive a refund for the same. Such a shame because I love your products.”
