I’ve been waiting weeks for a response from your company! All I needed was some advice regarding the CBD oil I regularly buy from you for my pet and you haven’t responded but still are rude enough to email me regarding different products 😡

We started our German shepherd on the oil with initially just 2 drops with her breakfast. Later on in the day she started to become incontinent, just persistently weeing herself. This lasted for approximately 12 hrs. We took a sample of urine into the vets the next day who performed a thorough test of the sample. They could find no trace of infection. They also checked her temperature, felt her tummy and checked her lung and heart, but said she seemed perfectly ok. They advised that the CBD oil had completely relaxed her to the extent she had lost control of her bladder. Unfortunately due to this experience we have not given her anymore.

Didn't do anything, I have emailed & told the company of my disappointment but to be honest these really aren't worth the money, i was expecting a little difference however I felt absolutely nothing.

After working my way through all levels of concentration of CBD oil, I got to four drops of Platinum oil three times a day and still experiencing no appreciable benefit to my osteoarthritis, I have decided to call it a day. I can’t afford £60 a month on something that simply has no benefit. That said, I’m sure that other folk might benefit from a very light ‘oiling’, but not me.

I ordered sleep patches with lavender. Tried for about a week, but every site (inner arm, thigh) developed a rash, so had to stop using.

I am extremely annoyed with the company. I find it very difficult to claim rewards. I have over 400 points and I am unable to cash them. The 30 mg patches are youse were very well, if they did not I would certainly stop buying from them.

Regarding claiming your points you can claim these via your online account on the website by following the steps below for you to be able to use the rewards points against your purchase: Step 1: Log into your account via the Simply CBD website Step 2: Click on the rewards tab at the top of the page and follow the instructions (When claiming your points you generate your points into a discount voucher which can be applied to your basket when making a purchase). Step 3: Once your rewards code has been generated copy and paste the code and input the code at the checkout page when placing your one off order. No notification of upcoming subscription, so no opportunity to delay, cancel to increase order for free delivery. With £33 of reward-credit, I still get charged £16 for a product I won’t need for a while. No answers to messages!!

Order was delivered to another house as per my previous emails and clearly shown in the photo provided by the courier. No resolution offered, no follow up or care shown to the loss of my order I have just been left. Not happy, no customer care
