“In general, a good product quickly dispatched. The size of the 30mg patch was a bit large for my wrist (180 cm male), so that's the primary knock. Also, not very discreet with the printing on the clear patch.”

However, many individuals prefer to use them near the area of concern to target a specific area. If the patch is too large for your wrist then it would be advised to move the patch to your arm as either way the CBD will be present within your body. Regarding the patches, they are transparent which makes them discreet and the writing is very small.
