Thank you for your review. I would just like to clarify the reason for your application taking longer than usual as unfortunately you encountered some issues with your chosen name. Your application to register a company was placed online at 4:30pm on Wednesday so was queued at Companies House for approval on the Thursday. On Friday morning Companies House rejected your chosen name as too similar to an existing name. We asked you to supply a revised name which you gave to us on Monday morning. We resubmitted your revised application to Companies House as soon as we received your reply and they accepted it on Tuesday. Unfortunately we have no control over Companies House processing times. Your company is now formed and ready for you to start trading. If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
