“Amazed at the speed of Simple Formations. Submitted the application to register my new business at 11:30am, and it was completed and on Companies House by 2:30pm the same day! Ryan Bell, in particular, is a credit to the company. I had a slight issue with an advertised address, and he took care of it in moments. Anybody looking to register a business, look no further - these guys are worth it!”

“Straightforward website for setting up a new company. If you have all documentation to hand, it is possible to have confirmation of registration within 1 hour. Allows virtual address to be included to help with privacy - with the option of mail handling facilities etc. I have used before and will use again.”
