When forming a company we are required by the government to conduct background checks. Customers are requested to provide identification information so that we can do this. “When I have used your Company before the paper work was delivered next day however this time we are still waiting 6 days later In my opinion this is not acceptable and I certainly will not be using Simple formations ever again.”

Thank you for the feedback. I believe you have spoken to one of the formation team this morning. All company formations must meet Money Laundering Regulations (MLR). As an intermediary (accountant), we asked you to provide documents that you meet MLR requirements. We have still not received the documentation which means we cannot register the company. I am sorry for the inconvenience but HMRC impose strict regulations and penalties on formation agents. We hope to receive the documents and register the company for you in due course. Regards, Mike.

I filled out the company details on Simple Formations mid afternoon and by lunchtime the following day I had a text and an email confirming my companies registration. The following day all the paperwork arrived. Straight forward process and would certainly recommend.”
