“The removal men were friendly but it claims on the website gloves and masks will be worn. No gloves or masks were worn by the men moving us even though my husband and I wore masks. This felt unsafe, when I reported it to Simon Long I was informed the men are equipped with masks and glove and he would have a word. This does not make us feel better, we feel our safety was compromised.”

“Disappointed, loading onto containers for storage was fine. Once I had a moving date they did not have the staff to deliver my furniture, this was inconvenient and costly, I couldn’t move into my new property and I had to continue paying for storage. On the day my furniture was delivered, an awkward place for delivery, they had to carry items approximately 50 yards from the lorry to the front door and only 2 men. At one point they emptied the container onto the busy public pathway, people were walking around my furniture and touching it, anything could have been taken. A wardrobe and lamp table were damaged my sofas had to be cleaned, they are handling everything with dirty hands. I have since had them repaired. I did not report it from past experience it’s very difficult to claim damages from insurance company’s an added problem at a very stressful time. My furniture was not expensive but it was valuable to me. I have moved many times in my lifetime this was a most stressful experience I will not forget. I would never use this company again and most certainly never recommend.”

“Three men arrived to move us, they were really nice, friendly and helpful guys. They moved us incredibly quickly, packed up the entire house, moved us and unloaded in one day... which was great. Or so we thought. It was only when we started unpacking did we find broken, chipped and cracked glasses, wooden shelving placed on top of bedside lamps, crushing the shades (!), a delicate paper lamp shade for a large floor lamp was folded in half and stuffed into the bottom of a box with books and files thrown on top, two of our own plastic loft storage boxes were completely shattered but worst of all is the damage to our sofa - all of which will cost hundreds of pounds to repair and replace so to say we're annoyed is an understatement!”

“Chaos on the day 2 blokes worked solidly all day, i was promised 4. Confusion about the vehicles, more people turned up to unload at the destination. 2 agency workers apsolutly useless. Wouldnt recomend. Fabrick on sofa torn, plates and glasses brocken.”
