“Moving house is obviously very stressful, especially when you haven't experienced it for some time! The whole process from start to finish went very well and my mind was put at ease knowing that a very efficient and professional company was taking care of things. The men arrived on time and we were able to have a good laugh as well as getting on with the job. They were even able to offer advice on how to store things properly and took great care in handling the furniture. I will be using Simon Long again when the need arises without any hesitation and would recommend them to anybody. A good service for a very reasonable price. We should never forget that you only get what you pay for and in this case its good quality all round. Well done and my personal thanks to the office staff, estimator and the hardworking shifters!”

“With a wheelchair bound husband and a 117 mile move we were delighted at how easy it was to work with the two man team. Nothing was too much trouble. All our belongings stored in the lorry one day and then delivered to our new home the next morning. It was a pleasurable experience. We would not hesitate to recommend Simon Long Removals to anyone.”

“Simon Long were the cheapest of the 3 quotes we got, so I was a little apprehensive of the service we would get but I needn't have worried. They were totally professional, from the office staff to the the 2 guys who moved us (on the hottest day of the year!) They worked really hard and were very pleasant and helpful. We did our own packing, but all the furniture was well packed and nothing was damaged. We were very pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“This is the 3rd time I have used this company. We used them with a full packing service. The staff were hard working and diligent. We had one issue with a damaged microwave, these things happen. You find out how good a company is when you make a claim. A cheque was issued within 24 hours of reporting it and providing evidence. Would use again”

“Simon Long were most helpful from requesting a quotation to the collection of the empty boxes and all at a reasonable price. The staff in the office were most helpful and flexible as our move took a couple of false starts. The removal team were all affable and efficient and the team leader, Oz, could not have been more helpful or pleasant to have moving our home, despite some fraught moments at this end, when we wondered where it was all going to go.”
