“I recently moved to Walton Naze and used Simon Long. The two men were excellent. They moved everything with ease and were very helpful to me. They worrked extremely fast and I was in my new bungalow in no time. I would recomment Simon Long to anyone who wants a fast and efficient move with friendly and helpful people both in the office and on the day of the removals.”

“Excellent!! From the initial survey to the removal day Simon Long Removals we're first class. The surveyor looked round the property and gave us a quote based on size of property. Other firms online made the process very complex and needed to note every last item to be moved which then influenced the final quote/cost. On moving day four chaps helped us move and made the process very simple. They treated all the furniture and boxes carefully and with respect and made the process very simple Highly recommended!”

“We were so very impressed with our experience with using Simon Long, from the first contact with Becky at the office, she was so helpful and Tim who came to assess the cost and deliver the boxes etc. We had a long and stressful sale. The day of our move from beginning to end was very stress free, the 4 guys were so professional and friendly. We have 5 dogs and at all times they took care and consideration for our pets. We would highly recommend Simon Long.”

“Didn’t use them but someone else nearby did - they caused serious damage to a metal bollard and the pavement outside my home but didn’t even bother to tell their customer. They didn’t leave a note for me so I came home to find utter carnage outside my home. It’s made it difficult to park on my own drive. I only found out who was responsible for the damage by looking at a neighbours cctv. We had to call the Council as an emergency to come and make it safe as this is a family estate where many children play. If the post had fallen on a child it would have caused serious harm. The footage shows the driver reversing at speed along the pavement! If that’s how they treat their vehicles and surroundings then I would have serious misgivings about how they treat your prized possessions.”

“Cannot praise enough the guys who came to move all of our belongings from West Row to Newmarket - we had so much stuff that required two large lorries. From the moment both teams arrived they were professional, friendly and all-round thoroughly nice guys. The speed and efficiency they worked were amazing and made what could have been a very stressful time, stress-free and painless. A huge thank you to the removal guys Wayne and Oz and Dave and Rob, the survey team and the guys in the office. 10 out of 10”

“The men were fantastic, they saved the day, especially, the more experienced men. Although, they were training the younger lad on how to move things the most efficient and safest way, which was great to see. The lady in the office was lovely as was the surveyor Tim who visited before the removal date. A good all-around experience. Very impressed indeed and we would recommend the company to all our family and friends.”

“very well priced; efficient office staff a credit to the company had to deal with several date changes always helpful and good natured. Boxed delivered in plenty of time and after use picked up quickly. Removal team very efficient and helpful.”
