“This is the 4th time we have used Simon Long in the last 10 years. They are very competitively priced and deliver a fantastic service on the day. We packed up ourselves so cannot comment on this aspect but the loading into the van and off loading at the other end went very smoothly with no damage to any of our belongings. They are always cheery and very helpful. Can't go wrong choosing these chaps! Thoroughly recommended.”

“This was the second time that I used Simon Long Removals within a period of fifteen months. They were recommended to me by a neighbour for the initial move and I had no hesitation in booking them for the second move. Everyone was very helpful, from office staff taking the booking, to the removal men who were willing, polite, and efficient. I had only very short notice of the move, but everything went very smoothly, I recommend them highly.”

“Overall the move went well. However (minor point) the 'surveyor' missed the volume of books we had and didn't supply enough smaller boxes. We didn't realise the movers wouldn't be using a cart, so filled the larger boxes and made them possibly too heavy. The movers still did it manually, but were a bit grumpy. I suggest talking to surveyors about this beforehand.”

“All four guys worked so well together. They were polite and worked very hard. We made drinks for them all through the 5 hours. They worked continuously. They asked us what went where and when it came to the garden plants that was fun. 10 out of 10 guys. Thanks.”

“They were great. They came out right away twice to give me quotes and provided lots of packing materials. The price was also great as they saved me over 1,000 pounds off of the quote I got from another moving company. They moved everything in one morning quickly and efficiently and didn't even complain when I asked them to move a heavy piece of furniture to a different spot. Everything arrived in perfect shape and they put the furniture back together quickly. They also had excellent attitudes and seemed to really enjoy their jobs.”

“We found everyone very helpful and efficient. The quote was reasonable, the timings were spot on and we were very satisfied with the service provided. The younger members of the team were perhaps on occasions a little too enthusiastic but no damage was done and everyone made our move less stressful than it might have been.”
