“Our move was handled extremely smoothly by Simon Long's who I cannot praise highly enough. They were ever patient before the move when the provisional date had to be changed twice. On the day the crew arrived promptly and just took over and made the whole thing as stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble but most of all they listened to us and did everything exactly as we required. At the new house they put everything exactly where we wanted. A really friendly crew as well, complete professionals, who are clearly dedicated to making a stressful experience as easy going as possible for their customers. Thanks to you all, and I would not hesitate in recommending this company.”

“Excellent staff, flexible, reliable and trustworthy. The three men that organised our move were impeccable. Treated our furniture as if it were there own. On arrival they remained patient and professional throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to arrange any further moves with them. Nothing short of excellence.”

“I was extremely happy with the whole service by Simon Long Removals. From the Office to the Removal. Your vans were clean, the Removal Guys were polite, helpful and efficient. Overall the whole experience was considerably less stressful than previous moves I have undertaken. Many Thanks”

“Battled through London traffic on a Monday morning to reach us by 9.30am. Loaded 40+ boxes, heavy furniture, garden equipment and tools all by 11.45am only sustained by coffee and biscuits.”

“the movers arrived on time and worked quickly and were very helpful and on arrival at out new place placed our things wear we asked , nothing was damaged and made moving stress free i would recommend them as a great firm, the staff over the phone made sure the move went well, other movers i contacted for a price did not even bother to do anything. well done to all at simon long if needed i will use again price was good and service even better”

“From the beginning of moving day until the end the removal men were efficient, thorough, tidy and pleasant. It wasn't an easy job for them as there were lots of stairs up to the property and parking was tricky. They did everything they were supposed to do and made my life easier on a stressful day. I would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“BUT we lost a box of ornaments!! This came out of one of the bedrooms but was eventually found rather precariously balanced on some shelves in the garage. This had been rather upsetting as, although of little monetary value, they were of great sentimental value”

“We were very satisfied. They were very prompt, did a good job, no damage to our contents and pleasant with it. We were recommended to use them and we would recommend them to others. They collected our empty flatpacks promptly after the move was completed.”

“The 3 man team that arrived on the day was absolutely first class particularly the driver/team leader he was exceptionally professional and customer focused as well as giving full consideration to Health and safety as well as the safety of our belongings. I could not recommend them enough.”

“We used Simon Long removals to move from Norfolk to Suffolk on 5th December. The team was excellent. Efficient and helpful. No damage to our furniture, rugs were used to protect carpets, and they made the experience stress free. Would absolutely recommend this company to everyone thinking of moving.”

“Customer service from Debbie was first class from arranging a date to replying promptly to going that little bit further to help. Wayne and George, our removal men, were not only quick with the removal but good guys who turned the stress of moving into a laugh! Definitely recommend Simon Long who were good value for the service they provide!”
