“Great removal firm, we had two van loads of furniture etc. all handled superbly, nothing was too much trouble, and nothing broken! Would recommend them to anybody”

“We moved back in March and we were very pleased with the service. They were quick to answer queries, provide more boxes and tape and gave us a competitive quote. On the delivery end the crew were so helpful and even moved some items for us several times into different rooms. Would highly recommend Simon Long.”

“DON'T PANIC.... just get Simon Long folks to come along, pack you up and move you to your new location seamlessly. Simon Long moved us today which was a great experience, from the top to the bottom, Simon Long staff were supportive and seemed driven to give us the very best experience. We cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“All the men were great and nothing seemed a problem for them. They handled all our items with car and everything arrived at the new house in one piece. It was also great to have the washing machine plumbed in straight away”

“We found damage to wardrobe door fixing and reported this at the time of moving. ( not sure if repairable). This was mentioned to the movers. Been waiting for reply from yourselves. More instant information required to sort out any problems.”

“From start to finish my experience of Simon Long removals has been fantastic, from the two charming gentlemen who came to assess my furniture and what needed moving, to the three gentlemen who moved me out of Rougham to Drinkstone. They were all wonderful - great sense of humour, careful and considerate with my belongings.”

“I was very glad to receive the Review Request, as I had been about to send in an unsolicited review in any event now that we are settling in our new home. From initial estimate to final goodbye wave from the departing Van, the ‘Simon Long’ experience was outstanding. Friendly, Helpful, Caring and Professional are just words. They apply, but don’t do justice to the overall feeling of comfort and relaxation we experienced. Recommended unreservedly!”

“Could recommend any more highly. Great service from the office to the removal men, everyone was so helpful. Our belongings were packed carefully and everything arrived safely. Romoval guys were very friendly and respectful, they unloaded quickly and efficiently. Fantastic service, great staff, good price. Definitely would use again.”

“Very professional from start to finish. Both removal crews were excellent ((furniture was in their storage for 3 months in-between) and couldn't have been more efficient, friendly and helpful. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly by the friendly office staff. Definitely to be recommended. Thank you everyone.”

“As previously, the Team were on time and in good spirits. They packed everything up quickly and efficiently - more quickly than I was able to keep up with them! They unloaded at the other end with equal despatch and checked everything was satisfactory before leaving. They even brought back an item that had "escaped" into the depths of a folded blanket on the following day! Thank you Simon Long, always a good job, well executed. And, I hadn't yet missed the escaping vintage cycle lamp, so what a bonus that was!”
