“These guys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I'm so pleased that we chose Simon Long Removals out of the 5 quotes we had. Customer service was polite and professional throughout and nothing was too much hassle. Communication nearer to completion date was perfect. The guys who moved us on the day were well organised and had us loaded up in no time to hit the road. We moved from Leicestershire to Norfolk and they were knocking on our door ready to load at 7.30am. All our belongings were in Norfolk by 2pm and unloaded by 5.30pm. Great job and highly recommended. Thank you.”

“Very good service, from the acceptance of the competitive quotation on 4th September to the move on the 8th September. Following an initial mix-up thinking our possessions were to go to storage the move team quickly changed arrangements on site and moved us to our new house. Move team very professional, accommodating and hard working and all possessions delivered safely and undamaged to our new home.”

“Move from watton to Falmouth Cornwall. The crew were very good moving things out of the property in Watton, turned up the following day before time and bought the furniture etc into the property in Falmouth Cornwall. Sorry have no photos to submit, but all the guys were brilliant and done a superb job. It was an extremely emotional time for me which your guys made easier and can't thank them enough.”

“Simon Long removals was recommended to me for moving my osteopathic clinic to Poringland. My bench is essential to my practice as are my various filing cabinets and furniture. The removals men could not have been better at their jobs, their attention to detail and care was impeccable. It was a seamless experience. Everything was treated as though it were a precious ming vase - which to me it obviously is. I would have no hesitation in recommending them in the highest possible terms.”

“Confirmed our 'pencilled in' booking at short notice due to exchange/complete tight timeline. All went well, the blokes worked hard and efficiently and appreciated access to hot and cold drinks and chocolate biscuits to lubricate them - I wouldn't last a day working at their pace! Thank you Rob, Rob and Mario - see you in a year!”

“Very good service and staff. I had 2 fairly long term storage contracts with Simon Long. I did have to query the 2nd quote as it seemed very high compared to the 1st storage quote. They looked at it again and readjusted the amount which I subsequently accepted. I will however still give 5/5 as staff, both in the office and the removals team, were excellent.”
