“From the day when we had the initial visit to prepare the quotation, to the time when the empty boxes were collected a month or so later from our new home after we had finally emptied them, we enjoyed a friendly , efficient and supportive service. We packed our own goods, and were able to get helpful advice on the phone when we had doubts. The team who did the loading and unloading (in a 2-day, long distance move) were always cheerful and friendly, as well as careful with everything they touched. And with all this, the price we paid was very competitive indeed. We would recommend Simon Long Removals without hesitation.”

“Our team of removers, James, Steve and Luke were polite, efficient and very skillful at packing and carefully loading our belongings. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very patient as we tried to round up the last odds and ends. The office staff were also very understanding with our uncertainties over the completion date, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Simon Long Removals based on our experience.”

“Simon Long moved us with Without any stress or worry to us ,Scott and his team arrived at the said time and they were very quick but very carefull and most professional and the move was stress free and went very smoothly.SO WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK SCOTT AND HIS GREAT TEAM FOR MAKING OUR MOVING DAY SO PLEASENT.they really went beyond there call of duty for us. And also a thank you for the ladies in the office who were always very obliging whenever we phoned. Simon Long comes highly recommended for a safe and stress move Sincerely Marjorie and Herbert Marsh”

“We found Simon Long Removals to be professional and efficient. We choose to have full packing service and it made the whole experience so much easier. The removal men were fantastic and even had a sense of humour. All our belongings were carefully packed and arrived at our new home without a scratch. I would highly recommend Simon Long Removals, it is the second time we have used them and should we move again we would do so in the future. I would also recommend the packing service as it took the stress and pressure away and we didn't have to live with boxes until the day before we moved.”

“Simon Long himself came to our home to do an estimate for our removal. This was received promptly, and was very reasonable. On the removal day, the team turned up at the promised time, in a very clean, side opening van, and set to work with no delay. Before we knew it, everything was on board, and they were away. In spite of a delay getting into our new bungalow, the lads got to work with no complaints, and were joined by another two employees who were sent to help, due to the delay. In no time at all, everything was in, and they were away. Top marks to Simon Long for providing a prompt, considerate and efficient service, from start to finish. Very highly recommended. “We have moved home a number of times over the years and can honestly say that this was the best ever. The initial estimate was very competitive, and the subsequent response to our queries was prompt and supportive. We had a team of three for the initial packing and used the fragile pack service - this was exceptionally thorough and resulted in NIL losses ( a first for us). The team were helpful and cheerful. The unload was equally efficient and we were able to settle into our new home without too much hassle at all. Well done to all!!”

“We were recommended this company by a family member after they did a move fire them. We are do happy we did, they were very competitive on pricing and very professional in what they do. We have not found any damages and we had to move over 30 years of accumulated house stuff. The whole process was silky smooth and the team that moved us were fantastic and to be honest we were just in the way. I would recommend this company without hesitation.”

“From the start Simon Long where professional and very helpful. At all stages of our move we could not have asked for better service and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I will recommend them with no hesitation in the future. If we move again I will be getting in touch with them.”

“We asked for a two day removal, pick up on Thursday and delivery on Friday to avoid the stress of a one day move. All went well on the Thursday, 3 staff and they were great, really careful, polite and helpful but on Friday you sent only 2 men to unload a very full van. My 2 daughters and my husband and I had to help to unload. It was raining and although the staff were great and tried to get an extra person (1 man came for a couple of hours) we would have been there until dark if we had not pitched in. Bear in mind that all the garden and garage stuff comes off first and my girls wanted to make sure our beds were made and we were at least a bit straight for the night. To expect 2 men to unload a vehicle that size was unrealistic and not what we expected. The men you sent were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful.”
