“I have used Simon Long before and value the extremely professional and personable service that you provide. I feel happy to trust you with all of my possessions and know that they will arrive in the condition they left my previous home. I also very much value the service that you provide when you take beds and wardrobes apart and put them up the other end. This service ensures that I know that my family will have their beds ready for the first night in the new house. Thank you very much for the excellent service that you provide. I will use your service again should I need to move and would be very happy to recommend you to friends and family too.”

“We used Simon long 6 years ago for a move of about 10 miles.This time we used them again for a move which took 2 days.1 for loading,the next for unloading due to the distance.in total the team led by Simon must of covered,in total,a boy 400 miles...the service is beyond excellent..and both with courtesy and care...we would have no hesitation to recommend Simon Long removals.to anyone and if we move again...which will not be for a while..we would use them again...so if you are looking for a company greyhounds trust..go no further than Simon Long Removals...oh and no breakfasts..on either occasions...”

“The 3 gentlemen were great - nothing too much trouble. They were punctual, careful with our furniture (which included a really heavy old piano and a horribly heavy bed settee), and patiently moved about 15 big garden tubs - making sure we were happy with where they were putting everything. This is the second time we've used you and we've already recommended you to several of our friends. We would not hesitate to use you again but we hope we don't need to! A big thank you to you from us.”

“An extremely polite and efficient company from day one when the initial enquiry was made, followed by a home visit to provide a quote which again was very competitive, to the day of moving. This normally stressful day was eased by the efficient, happy, polite and hardworking crew. This is the second time within 6 years that we have moved using Simon Long and would recommend them immediately to any person.”

“The 2 operatives did a fantastic job They were both professional and friendly Even their timings were accurate, which given the A14 and M6 traffic was outstanding Thank you for helping to make my move much less stressful than I imagined I will certainly recommend the company to others”

“The three men that moved house for us were absolutey brilliant,on a very stressfull day due to solicitors..Nothing was too much trouble, they were a credit to your company and we would recomend your services to everyone.Thanks Mr and Mrs Howes.”

“I had used Simon Long for a previous removal, so they were my first choice when moving again. The packing service was excellent, though they did slightly underestimate the amount of 'stuff' I had, and they also packed anything that didn't move, which was amusing (finding dried teasels carefully wrapped!) The guys were very professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because one piece of furniture was dented, and I wasn't informed that I had to arrange disconnection of appliances.”

“This is the first time that we had moved in 20 years, from our initial contact with Simon Long Removals, through our questions and during our move, the staff we dealt with were polite and professional. E-mail questions were responded to promptly and booking our move was very easy. On te day of the move, the team arrived, as advised and floor protection was laid throughout our house. After a brief walkover, the team began loading our belongings. The team were polte, courteous and very professional throughout, and this continued when we arrived at our new property, with everything being unloaded, as required. The whole experience was very good and I would highly recommend them.”

“The team arrived on time and were very efficient and worked in a clean manner with floor protectors laid as they came in the front door. They were very professional and even after a 2 hour journey to our new home they continued to work until the job was done at 5pm! We would recommend you to others. Thank you for making a stressful day run so smoothly.”

“The removal team we had on the day of our move were fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating to our requests. I would recommend this company to any one who I knew moving house, in fact I already have! The storage company in King's Lynn where I collected the boxes for packing were also extremely helpful and friendly - a great service from them also.”

“The lads worked very hard all day during the packing and also during the removal the following days. Also they were very polite, helpful and friendly. They worked so efficiently that they packed things we should have kept aside as 'needed' but that was down to our inexperience at moving. Things arrived safe and sound and, apart from one issue with getting a bed into a room, all went smoothly with the unpacking. Overall an efficient job well done. Might be worth considering the option for people to pay for full insurance during transit as this was a risk we decided to take but other people may be put off by the minimal 'basic' insurance.”

“Every contact we had with the company was friendly, efficient and very professional. We could not ask for a better service. We obtained about 4 quotes and Simon Long Removals were highly competitive and extremely efficient. Removal day came and their team were very friendly and respectful of our property. We arranged several weeks ago for the used packing boxes to be collected today (12th Jan) and, true to their word, Stacey arrived right on time to collect them. They made a stressful time so much easier and I cannot recommend them more highly. Excellent...5 Stars. Ann & Mike”
