“Our removal men were great. They were very polite, careful with our belongings, worked very hard and efficiently, and we’re very helpful and cheerful. They made what was a stressful day much easier. Staff at the office were also pleasant and efficient. I would recommend this removal company to my friends.”

“Simon Long were AMAZING in every way! Numerous dates were given, which they were happy to accommodate several times. In the end, our move took place in around a week, they delivered boxes, helped us pack up our belongings & moved us the following day. I wouldn't hesitate to reommend them they were courteous and went over and above with our move. On the day of our move we were packed up in a matter of hours. Unfortunately we were the last in our chain and we finally heard very late in the day. To ensure our move went off smoothly, Simon Long then added 3 more people to our original 3 to unpack us and got us into our new home in just over an hour! I have never witnessed a team work as they did to ensure our move went without a hitch. Thank you everyone at Simon Long that made our very stressful move into a successful & happy one.”

“From start to finish we could not fault Simon Long Removals. The reception staff were so pleasant to deal with and were very patient indeed when we had several postponements of moving dates. I wasn't sure at first about the 'Whatsapp' survey , but he got it absolutely spot on and we felt the price was very reasonable. When it came to the removal day itself , the men doing the hard work were brilliant. All this comes as no surprise because it was just the same when we used Simon Long to move 12 years ago! “I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anybody moving home. They were competitively priced, and the day itself went like clockwork. The guys worked so hard. I remember several house moves with a rented van but won't be doing that anymore.”

“Excellent service from Simon, Bekki, Gareth, Gavin and the team made it a seamless two-day move from Attleborough, Norfolk, to our new home on the Somerset/Devon border. “The crew that turned up to move us into our new home were wonderful. They were polite, cheerful and kind. They treated our belongings with great care, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had to call Paula and Becky, the ladies in the office a few times to make enquiries. On each occasion, they too were kind and knowledgeable. Having a staff of this calibre is why Simon Long is a trusted name to go for when you need to move house. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon Long's removal company to everyone who needs this service.”

“Once again, another great and professional service from the team, from the owner himself to the girls in the office and the guys doing the moving. This was my second home relocation in eight years, on time, no damage and nothing was to much trouble for the guys on the day. Highly recommended.”

“We had a slightly complicated move, made easier by Simon Long removals. We had one move to our new, temporary home and then a second to a storage unit. The temporary home is small and space was tight but the men were extremely bright and thoughtful and fitted everything in with logic and a lot of care. My partner has to permanently shield and the removal guys took precautions by wearing masks, which was much appreciated. We would like to use them again for our next move.”

“It's time we had ever used a removals company , previously been a hire truck or mates helping .....why oh why did we ever do that ! Very efficient communication from initial survey and quote , changed date due to us contracting Covid and payment , crew on the day very good , friendly and managed to get all of our belongings ( rubbish) on the truck in quick rime . Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others .”
