“The team arrived early, began their task with humour but full of respect for our property. Delivery to Lincs was trouble free. They didn't bother to stop for lunch. Likewise, the same humour and respect was displayed during off-loading at our new home. I fully recommend these men to move other families.”

“Very efficient, courteous - careful with breakables - taking the stress out of a large move from West Yorkshire to Norwich. Very thankful to the three guys involved & for their friendly support & tips on Norwich - I think the Simon Long electric cooker will also be useful”

“Simon long has done right by me. There pricing is a bit higher than some of the do it yourself moving companies but you honestly get what you pay for. The crew was on time and very efficient and didn't damage a single item of mine in the removal or delivery. The team was friendly and helpful through the process. I have now been a customer of Simon Long (domestic) and there international partner Arrowdene and I would not hesitate to use either company in the future.”

“This is the 3rd move that Simon Long have done for me over the last few years, and in every instance the service, by every single member of the team (And I include the Safe Storage team in that, as i have made use of them too....) was exceptional. No query was considered as an issue, and was always answered in a polite ans comprehensive manner. I certainly would have no qualms about using them again, and have recommended them to others who are moving without hesitation.. Oh yes, the price was good too in each of the 3 instances.”

“Simon Long removals were able to provide us with a removal at very short notice. The manager himself came round to provide an estimate and he was very professional. Admin staff were very patient with us as our removal date was not known until the last minute and on the day of the move we had 2 fantastic guys to move us. They worked very hard and were polite and professional throughout. I would definately recommend this company.”

“I have used Simon Long 4 times now and will continue to do so, although I don't plan any more moves. I have and will continue to recommend them. I am a single woman and the service has always been good. I have one thought that would really make a massive difference to me; if the removal men were able to dismantle any furniture that didn't fit upstairs as has just happened to me and rebuild. I appreciate that there would be a cost for this but I was left with two wardrobes in my hallway which was a nightmare. Even if a call could be made to another team member to come to help. What a service that would be! I appreciate that there are time constraints and they usually have other jobs to go on to but if this was thought about I truly feel this additional service would be greatly used. My son has worked for Simon Long so I fully appreciate how hard these lads have to work. Fitting washing machines in would also help. Just an idea My last move was from my sold property into storage and then out of storage to my new home. On clearing the old house everything was 'stickered' and listed by box which I thought was excellent however I can't see the point of it as it isn't then checked back in - the lads don't have time. I signed the paperwork to say I had it all as I trust the company and plus the fact who would want my old toot! Overall, Simon Long do what it says on the tin!!”

“I picked this company at random from a quick online search. I was extremely lucky as it could all have been very different. It was an awkward "A to B then to C" move, on behalf of someone with learning difficulties. The three men on the team were most helpful, sensitive around the adults they encountered with special needs and generally thoroughly nice. What's more, I was allowed to travel with the crew to co-ordinate everything and I was even dropped off at a convenient point afterwards. The whole experience, inherently stressful, was turned into a fun day out, and I cannot praise them enough. And the fee? Completely reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend them without hesitation and will use them again.”
