About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2020 Green Magic celebrates its 25th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 25 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“Delivery by parcel force is not good for the price I get a message just before they are delivering so I missed the first delivery then I waited in the next day withoutaby messages Royal Mail would have be much more suitable. The items were ok a bit plastic for 20 pounds not good value”

I have now fine tuned the formula programmed into our website checkout to address this specific issue. We propose to refund you the difference between our postal and courier shipping rates. “I wanted the plastic covers to fit my A1 boards i.e oversized A1 and they have come A1 size therefore are too small to protect the signs. ALL WAS SORTED - THANK YOU”

We supply both standard size (which you ordered) and oversize A1 snap frame covers. On our website we explain the difference and stress the need to order carefully. Unfortunately we have no way to know which type of snap frame you have. If you tell us the exact dimension you need we'll be pleased to help you reorder.

“The sign is exactly as advertised. However, considering it is meant for external use, the signs do fall over when it is windy. To be fair, we are experiencing very windy conditions at the moment, but I was hoping the sign would be more sturdy/stable. Can anyone recommend a way of anchoring the sign more securely? I still want it to be mobile, I just don't want it to fall over and hit someone.”

Thanks for your review. The Presenta menu stand is actually designed for indoor use but they do get used outdoors under favourable conditions. However on windy days you may have to leave the sign inside. You could equip it with a water-bag add-on base to act as ballast but it will detract somewhat from the look.

“Quick delivery; item is as per the photo on website and good quality; good value. We had a small issue with one of the Perspex flyer stands being accidentally damaged in transit but Keith at Green Magic was very helpful and swiftly resolved this - great service and I will use them again if we need more literature stands.”
