About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2020 Green Magic celebrates its 25th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 25 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“Great service and excellent product - the type of poster holder I wanted, robust, easy to fix and use. Actually the wrong size came to begin with, but a phone call immediately sorted the problem and the replacement arrived next day with the same carrier taking away the unwanted one. Unfortunate mistake but minimum fuss to correct it! Thanks to the helpful lady on the other phone!”

“When we received the boxes, we were very dismayed to find that the racks were in bits and had to be assembled by us and we thought we were buying the racks as a whole item and not iddly piddly bits of plastic, very diappointed.”

We're sorry you were disappointed. The product purchased is called a Kit and the description says "The design makes assembly easy once the top mounting rail has been screwed to the wall". There is also an assembly video on the web page which you might find useful. Unfortunately any wall mounting leaflet rack will require fixing (i.e. involving drilling into the wall) which is usually the most technical bit - the clip together assembly is normally considered relatively straightforward. Please call us if you need any more help.

“I had been searching for ages for a simple waterproof frame, found this website, got exactly what I wanted, paid then realised ordered some one size and others another size. Emailed the company, they intercepted the order, changed it and then contacted me to see if I would like another frame for the difference in price. Agreed that and low and behold the next day the parcel arrives. So, great range of products, great Customer Care and great delivery. Thanks.”
