About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2020 Green Magic celebrates its 25th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 25 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“The on-line system is easy to navigate and easy to order with a friendly voice always at the end of the phone if I have a query. Fast response to order entry and follow up phone call if problems detected. Will use the system again (of course!).”

“I believe this is my 4/5th purchase from your company and it could be more if you took on my comments given to Hannah back in October regarding the lack of a monetary symbol ! I said that you should have a £ sterling symbol at least and probably a euro & dollar one dependent on your market. If you had a £ symbol i would purchase more in a flash ! I see you're referring to our snap together LED Letters. We agree it would be great to have a £ currency symbol in the range but our overseas supplier has not yet been persuaded to invest in the tooling. We'll keep trying.

“The product does exactly what is should be. No problems at all. The customer service team were very efficient at sending out invoice (by email) and the products were packaged well and arrived safely in the post (recorded delivery) the following day. “Most of mine have broken within the first week of having them, it states on the description that they fit all size dishes, plates, bowls etc but they just snap as soon as you put them on a normal oven proof dish! Don't buy them it was a waste of over £60 for my business”

Following my call to you we will send you a sample of a larger capacity clip for you to try and we have updated our website to clarify that the tray clip you purchased is only suitable for thinner bowls and trays (which is what you have found).
