Hi I’ve got v3 golf watch and it’s not tracking all shots , is there anything I need to do so it records 18 holes

I recently purchased a shot scope v5, A few things have arisen as i have been using it that has made me question my decision to purchase this. 1) Whilst using gps+ track if you hit your shot past the green leaving a chip back onto the green the watch will automatically go onto puts mode meaning that i have to make a large detour around the green to stop this from happening as there seems no way of bypassing this once it has registered that you are near the green. 2) Once you have completed your round and the watch has successfully registered the correct number of shots, why is it that once you download this to the App at least 1 or 2 holes fail to have the correct number of shots downloaded from the watch to the App ? Surely this is a fundamental flaw with the system. Can you please tell me whether or not this is an issue with the product or myself not using the watch correctly Kind regards Martin Buckner
