“The products are fantastic for the prices, this is my 3rd device bought and am happy with it. Customer support is very poor though and people need proper support over the phone. Not everyone is technically minded to try and fix issues via an email or when they actually finally receive an email after waiting 48hours for a reply.”

“So far I have found shotscope an insightful product that works well once you have worked out the functions which, does not take long. I have found it accurate on course and the data collected tells a great deal. Great support and good value”

“You have NO SUPPORT! I've been trying to find out how to get a replacement for my V3 battery since you say in your guide that only an authorized person (like your company) can replace it. Well how in the hell do you get the information to send it back or where to send it for replacement?? Thank you! RB”

“I have a V3 and it was fine - the charger stopped working so I decided to upgrade to the V5. That was a bad decision - should just have gotten a new charger. The V5 takes forever to find my home course - 15 plus minutes. It misses at least 15 shots a round. It is a downgrade from the V3. It was a waste of money. Now I am getting the run around on either a replacement or refund.”

“After playing a round you will have to fix all errors through shot scope not the V5. As I mentioned my first round was off by 14 strokes. This takes a while to fix. It does have some great features, like you are able to move pin placements, ball placements, add/reduce strokes etc. Then the data seems to be unlimited on what you get. Way more than i will ever be able to use, but this is good. For the price I believe this will be a great investment.”
