“I bought my Lorenz Sorrento compact shopping trolley to carry all my art gear when out painting. It's just the right size, well made and sturdy. Best of all, it folds down to fit inside a suitcase (when wheels are taken off) for travel abroad Very helpful company and swift delivery. Delighted!”

“Your website was good - I was able to find the type of trolley I needed quite quickly. A video also helped showing the trolley being used and how it folded/unfolded. That helped me to make my choice. Delivery was next day with no delivery charge. Simple, straightforward and fast. And the trolley itself is excellent - well made, does the job and it's a lovely colour.”

“I had trouble fixing the wheels on the trolley. I emailed and got an immediate phone call and got told what to do. The man waited on the phone until the wheels were properly on. Thank you”

“The shopping trolley I purchased from you was total garbage. It fell apart before I reached the first shop The wheels squeaked. The spars supporting the bag fell off All of them before any shopping was placed in the shopping trolley. Very disappointed”

“Only give 4 stars because even though I had a tracking number I couldn't track when it was coming. Otherwise a lovely stylish trolley, a squeaky wheel on it first outing, a bit of oil sorted that out. Used it lots of times and it's easy to use and waterproof.”

“I bought this laundry trolley for my parents. They tell me that it's easy to assemble, light to handle, and sturdy enough to trundle a full basket of laundry from the machine to the washing line in the garden. Previously, Dad had carried it for my mother, but as his eyesight is no longer good, he often fell and injured himself. Now they have something to hold on to - and Mum is even considering using it to walk down to the village. They're too proud to have bought a 'rolling walking aid' themselves, but this, of course, isn't one. Thank you!”
